- learn to write grammatically correctly (or at least install FireFox 2.0 which has an integrated spell checker).
- Is this mentality specific to you, your organization or your entire country? Do you have a different sense of morality over there which says that it is ok to steal as long as I get rich? Just wanted to know so that I can avoid having anything to do with such a group.

-- 1337 ??? Not an intutive number in our part of lingo. But if you are referring to the word STEAL. I still stand by the choice of word.

My choice of word STEAL:
If you have an ability to look at the lighter side of things(I DONT), you would not have cared.
Ability to steal is an art in itself and not an easy one. This essentially means , we obviate the need to re-invent the wheel. Recently I got to know of a group of developers where the best stealer( term is exact), would be awarded big time.
WHY?
Look at the advantages
1) Reusabilty increased. Primary OO goal satisfied.
2) The used code is unintentionally tested
3) Belief systems on the parent code and the code resulting thereafter increases.
Would have really appreciated if such premature conclusions were absent. Anyway thanks for commenting.
